Is there a minimum quantity?
We do not set a strict minimum. You can design one or a few caps yourself in the designer, and for larger quantities we prepare an individual quote.
How much does it cost?
We prepare a quote based on the number of pieces, colours, number of designs and where the embroidery goes. Send us a request and we will get back to you.
How long does it take?
Tell us your deadline in the request and we will confirm the timing in our quote.
Which format should I send my logo in?
A vector file is best (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF). A PNG with a transparent background also works. Only have a photo or a screenshot? Write to us, we will digitise the design and tell you whether it can be embroidered well. Send a custom font as .ttf or .otf.
Where on the cap can you embroider?
We usually embroider the front, back and both sides; other placements on request. The recommended embroidery height is around 5 to 5.5 cm; smaller is harder to read.
Can you embroider our own caps?
Tell us the cap type and the number of pieces and we will assess whether it can be embroidered. We do not offer printing or patches, and we do not embroider corduroy.
