Return & Warranty Policy – Capkov.com

1. Change-of-Mind Returns (14 Days)

  • You may return any standard, non-custom product within 14 calendar days of receiving the parcel.

  • Conditions:

    • Item must be unused, undamaged, and complete.

    • Return it in the original packaging with all tags and accessories.

  • Start the process in My Account → Returns and follow the on-screen steps.

2. Items Excluded from the 14-Day Return Right

Some products are not eligible for return or withdrawal. These include:

  • Underwear & intimate apparel
    Not returnable due to hygiene reasons.

  • Custom-made / personalised goods (e.g. bespoke sizing, embroidery, engraving, alterations)
    Not eligible for withdrawal. Only production defects can be claimed.

  • Gift cards & digital vouchers
    Non-refundable.

3. Return-Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays the cost of sending items back to us.

  • If returning from a country where we have a partner carrier, we will arrange pickup / prepaid label and deduct the actual freight cost from your refund or invoice you.

4. Warranty / Claims for Defects

  • Standard merchandise
    Liability period: 24 months from delivery

    Eligible for repair, replacement, discount, or refund.

    Customised & bespoke products
    Liability period: 6 months from delivery
    Only manufacturing defects are covered. Dissatisfaction with design is not claimable.

    File a claim via My Account → Returns/Claims or e-mail info@capkov.com with photos and description.

     

  • We confirm within 1 business day and resolve within 30 days.

5. Step-by-Step Return / Claim

  1. Log in and open a return.

  2. Select order & item, state the reason.

  3. Pack securely with the return form and invoice copy.

  4. Ship or hand to our arranged courier.

  5. Refunds: processed within 14 days after goods inspection.
