Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

If the item doesn't fit, doesn't meet your expectations, or you chose the wrong size, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your package.

Return conditions

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging (box) and include all accessories.

How to start a return

Log into your customer account, open the order and choose Request return - you'll find all the necessary info there.

Please wait for our approval before sending the item back.

Requests are usually processed within 24 hours.

Exceptions

  • Returns are not possible for underwear.
  • Returns are not accepted for custom-made products.

We appreciate it if you include a short reason for the return (e.g. wrong size, not your style, didn’t meet expectations) - it helps us improve.

Product Returns and Claims

If you need to make a claim for a damaged or faulty item, please send us an email at claims@capkov.com.

Make sure to include the following information:
Order number
Description of the issue - what happened and when you noticed the problem
Photos of the damaged or defective product

We'll get back to you with return instructions and the shipping address.

Please pack the item securely and send it back using any courier of your choice.

Complaint deadlines and your rights

  • 24-month warranty. As a consumer, you have the statutory liability for defects (warranty) of 24 months from receipt of the goods (the minimum under EU consumer law).
  • Written confirmation. Within 1 business day of receiving your complaint we will confirm by e-mail that we have received it, stating the date we received it and the expected time to resolve it.
  • Resolved within 30 days. We will resolve the complaint without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days of it being filed, unless we agree on a longer period.
  • How it was resolved. We will send you written notice by e-mail of how the complaint was resolved.
  • Custom-made goods (e.g. embroidery on request): obvious manufacturing defects can be claimed, not dissatisfaction with the design.
  • Withdrawal from the contract is possible without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, see the Returns section above.
