Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If the item doesn't fit, doesn't meet your expectations, or you chose the wrong size, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your package.
Return conditions
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused.
- It must be returned in the original packaging (box) and include all accessories.
How to start a return
Log into your customer account - there you'll find all the necessary info and the return request form.
Please wait for our approval before sending the item back.
Requests are usually processed within 24 hours.
Exceptions
- Returns are not possible for underwear.
- Returns are not accepted for custom-made products.
We appreciate it if you include a short reason for the return (e.g. wrong size, not your style, didn’t meet expectations) - it helps us improve.
Product Returns and Claims
If you need to make a claim for a damaged or faulty item, please send us an email at info@capkov.cz.
Make sure to include the following information:
Order number
Description of the issue - what happened and when you noticed the problem
Photos of the damaged or defective product
We'll get back to you with return instructions and the shipping address.
Please pack the item securely and send it back using any courier of your choice.
